Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality virtual therapy services to a diverse clientele, focusing on evidence-based practices.

• Conduct thorough intakes and assessments to develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs.

• Engage in regular therapeutic sessions with clients, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy methodologies.

• Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress using our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals within the practice to ensure integrated care.

• Participate in continuous professional development and abide by applicable ethical standards and legal requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will be adept at working with adults aged 18 and above, providing psychotherapy to individuals facing various mental health challenges. We are particularly focused on serving the LGBTQIA+ community and those from diverse backgrounds, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for all clients. Qualifications\n

• Active LCSW license to practice in the State of Illinois.

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience.

• Experience in CBT and/or Psychodynamic Therapy is essential.

• Proficiency in conducting teletherapy sessions and utilizing virtual communication platforms.

• Possession of professional malpractice insurance.

Compensation and Benefits\n
