Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients and their families, identifying emotional, social, and psychological needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals facing terminal illnesses and their families, who often experience a wide range of emotions, including fear, anxiety, sadness, and grief. Your role is to provide empathetic support and empower them through therapeutic techniques that help process these emotions, facilitating a sense of peace and understanding during this critical life stage.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Texas.
