Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand the unique mental health needs of patients in hospice care, evaluating their concerns, strengths, and available resources.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.
