Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical assessments, individual therapy, group sessions, and family therapy to clients dealing with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans that address clients’ specific needs and ensure linkage to appropriate services, coordinating with families and other providers to enhance care delivery.

• Conduct evidence-based screenings and assessments to identify symptoms and appropriate interventions.

• Conduct crisis interventions as needed, ensuring that clients receive timely and appropriate support.

• Maintain an organized caseload, monitoring progress, and adjusting treatment approaches based on client feedback and outcomes.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client care, share insights, and collaborate on best practices for achieving positive outcomes.

• Ensure compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies while navigating the complexities of healthcare systems.

• Complete timely documentation and reporting on client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with organizational standards.

• Actively contribute to agency quality improvement initiatives and attend training sessions to enhance personal and team competencies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000, dependent on experience and qualifications.
