Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality virtual therapy sessions to individuals and groups facing a variety of mental health challenges, with an emphasis on end-of-life issues and emotional support for hospice patients.

• Create and implement customized, patient-centered treatment plans that promote coping skills, resilience, and emotional well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves individuals in hospice care, including those who are experiencing terminal illnesses and their families. You will play a crucial role in providing emotional support, facilitating discussions about end-of-life options, and assisting clients in navigating complex feelings such as grief, anxiety, and loss. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active LICSW license in Massachusetts, required for practicing as a clinical social worker.

While two years of clinical experience are required, preference will be given to candidates with a background in hospice services, grief counseling, or teletherapy. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms is highly advantageous, as is any training in trauma-informed care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
