Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will:

• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions for clients across various age groups, addressing a wide range of issues particularly related to grief, loss, and end-of-life challenges.

• Maintain accurate and timely client records, including notes and treatment plans, in compliance with our organizational standards.

• Schedule and manage ongoing appointments, ensuring an organized calendar that accommodates client needs.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to integrate therapeutic approaches and provide holistic care.

• Utilize a billing service that handles claims, eligibility checks, and payment plans, relieving you of administrative burdens and allowing you to concentrate on client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients within a hospice setting, dealing with various clinical presentations such as terminal illness and bereavement. You will support individuals and families navigating the emotional complexities associated with end-of-life issues, providing empathetic counseling that empowers them to express their feelings and cope with their situations effectively.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, in addition to performance bonuses. Benefits include:
