Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients, identifying their emotional, psychological, and social needs to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide high-quality therapy sessions—individually, as couples, or with families—ensuring that clients receive diverse therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or mindfulness-based techniques.

• Collaborate with clients to set specific, achievable therapeutic goals, and continuously monitor their progress to inform adjustments in treatment approaches.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes, adhering to state regulations and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will predominantly serve clients dealing with complex emotional issues, which may include grief and loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal conflict. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges between USD 100,000 and 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
