Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as CBT, DBT, and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), in individual, couple, family, and group settings tailored to hospice care.

• Provide emergency crisis intervention services when necessary, coordinating closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care for patients in acute distress.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.

• Deliver psychoeducation to patients and their families, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate mental health challenges effectively.

• Engage in regular consultation with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive and holistic care for patients.
