As a remote position based at our hospice center in Lakewood, Washington, you will work closely with a diverse multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, doctors, and care coordinators, to ensure comprehensive care. Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals and families in hospice care, addressing the complex emotional and psychological challenges they face during end-of-life transitions. You will provide essential support for grief, loss, and adjustment to serious illness, empowering clients to cope effectively during this critical time.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid Washington State License as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience in providing clinical social work services, with a particular emphasis on mental health in challenging environments such as hospice care.

• Proficient in conducting diagnostic assessments and crafting tailored treatment plans based on individual needs.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele and collaborate effectively within the healthcare team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 120,000 annually, depending on experience.
