Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker at ProHero, you will play a vital role in the treatment and support of clients facing a variety of mental health challenges. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and develop individualized treatment plans based on established best practices.

• Implementing a range of therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Documenting and maintaining accurate clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and ethical standards are upheld.

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary treatment team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure continuity of care and shared treatment goals.

• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review sessions to discuss treatment progress and enhance service delivery.

• Offering psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with knowledge about mental health conditions, treatment processes, and community resources.

Qualifications\n
