Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough virtual psychosocial assessments to accurately identify the strengths and needs of clients seeking support.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the specific circumstances of each client, including individual and group counseling sessions.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to coordinate integrated care that promotes clients’ mental, emotional, and physical health.

This role primarily focuses on working with clients in a hospice setting. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, required for licensure.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) within the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two (2) years post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services, particularly in a mental health or hospice setting.
