Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and couples therapy for clients across all age ranges, addressing a variety of mental health issues with sensitivity and expertise.

• Utilize streamlined practice workflows supported by a billing service, which manages client and insurance accounts, ensuring you can focus on delivering quality therapy.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, completing all necessary notes and recording activities to uphold ethical and legal standards.

• Coordinate scheduling for ongoing appointments with your clients, keeping an updated calendar to effectively manage your workload.

• Demonstrate adaptability by effectively working within a range of clinical presentations, from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will provide therapeutic support to a diverse population of clients, including individuals of varying ages and couples facing complex emotional challenges. The focus on hospice care allows therapists to engage with clients in a unique setting, offering support as they navigate significant life transitions and emotional distress associated with end-of-life issues. Your role will significantly contribute to enhancing each client's quality of life and emotional resilience during vulnerable times.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Licensed to practice independently as an LICSW in Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
