Key Responsibilities\n

Your role will encompass a variety of important tasks, including but not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and goals.

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, primarily focusing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy.
\n
• Developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific challenges and objectives.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation within our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.
\n
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals when required to provide integrated care.
\n
• Participating in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to stay current with best practices in social work.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve range from young adults to seniors, all of whom present with a diverse array of mental health issues. You will have the opportunity to work with individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your expertise will be especially valuable to those from minority and diverse backgrounds, as well as in supporting the unique mental health needs of the LGBTQIA+ community.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
\n
• An active LICSW license to practice in Massachusetts.
\n
• A minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience.
\n
• Strong experience in providing therapy to clients aged 18 and older.
\n
• Demonstrated proficiency in implementing CBT and Psychodynamic approaches in therapy.
\n
• Possession of professional malpractice insurance.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences will enhance your candidacy:

Compensation and Benefits\n
