Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, you will engage in several vital responsibilities, including:

• Providing crisis intervention services to patients, utilizing evidence-based practices to address emotional and behavioral challenges.

This position primarily serves individuals within a detox center setting who are experiencing substance use challenges alongside co-occurring mental health issues. You will work with a diverse clientele representing various backgrounds, each requiring tailored therapeutic approaches. Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:

• A Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as an LICSW in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in an outpatient setting, demonstrating expertise in managing a variety of client concerns.

• Proficient technological skills, including navigating electronic medical records systems, word processing software, and spreadsheet applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n
