Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and identify both strengths and challenges. Ensure that these assessments are culturally informed and tailored to individual needs.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, or family systems therapy.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that outline specific goals, interventions, and progress monitoring strategies, ensuring continuity of care.

• Engage in regular collaboration with multidisciplinary teams—including psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers—to coordinate holistic care and ensure comprehensive treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position will entail working with a diverse group of clients seeking detox and mental health support. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
