Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess, diagnose, and evaluate each patient’s mental health status utilizing tools consistent with clinical best practices, such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), to build individualized treatment plans.

• Provide outpatient therapy sessions by employing evidence-based practices that facilitate positive outcomes, tailoring interventions and strategies to meet the varied needs of your patients.

• Manage and maintain accurate and timely treatment records, reports, and clinical documentation using modern technology, while adhering to regulatory requirements and departmental protocols.

• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and adjust comprehensive treatment plans that align with patients’ goals and therapeutic needs, ensuring cultural sensitivity and responsiveness to diverse backgrounds.

• Continuously monitor and evaluate patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment interventions and plans based on observed outcomes and feedback.

• Serve as a point of contact to guide patients through referral options and establish connections with additional treatment providers, fostering seamless transitions in care.

• Engage in mentoring opportunities for students, interns, and trainees, sharing your expertise and supporting their professional development in a clinical setting.

• Collaborate with clinical supervisors to facilitate peer reviews, provide chart audits, and contribute to process improvement initiatives that advance clinical best practices.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
