Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate patients' mental health status, strengths, and needs, using standardized tools and techniques.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to individual patient needs.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and addiction specialists to ensure coordinated and integrated care planning.

• Actively engage in patient advocacy, facilitating a clear understanding of diagnoses, treatment options, and medications for both patients and their families.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing diverse evidence-based modalities to promote recovery and resilience.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team, incorporating patient goals and preferences into strategies for healing.

In this role, you will primarily support individuals who are undergoing treatment for substance abuse disorders, alongside co-occurring mental health issues. Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, with the potential for a sign-on bonus.
