Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ strengths, challenges, and treatment needs.

• Work closely with healthcare providers to coordinate integrated care plans that address the complete spectrum of clients' needs for ongoing support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
