Key Responsibilities\n

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment and discharge plans that are informed by thorough psychosocial assessments.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patients' emotional and behavioral issues, developing tailored intervention strategies to support their recovery.

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical records, including documentation of progress notes and treatment interventions, in accordance with department policies.

• Provide crisis intervention as necessary, equipping patients with coping strategies and emotional support during challenging moments.

• Engage with patients' families and support systems to enhance their understanding of treatment processes and coordinate effective discharge planning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position is especially suitable for a clinical social worker comfortable working with diverse populations, including adolescents, adults, and their families. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of 3 years of unsupervised post-licensure experience in clinical social work.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted LICSW licensure in the state of Washington.

• Exceptional computer skills, including proficiency in word processing, email, spreadsheets, and electronic medical records (EMRs).

• Experience using telehealth platforms to deliver remote care effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package including dental insurance, health insurance, life insurance, and disability coverage.
