Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, incorporating their personal history, current challenges, and support systems.

• Provide individual therapy sessions to clients, utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, fostering a collaborative atmosphere that promotes peer support and shared learning experiences.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans with clearly defined goals, ensuring a structured yet flexible approach to meeting clients' evolving needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
