Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify the mental health needs, strengths, and resources of students and their families.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, tailoring interventions to meet the specific needs and goals of each client.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, teachers, and school administrators, to ensure integrated and coordinated care.

• Deliver crisis intervention and risk assessment services, implementing safety plans when necessary to ensure the well-being of clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation compliant with clinical, ethical, and legal standards.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups for students and families.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus primarily on a diverse student population within Springfield's schools. This includes identifying and addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns that may hinder educational and personal growth. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• An active state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health or outpatient settings, preferably with youth.

• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and the ability to apply them effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting your experience and expertise in the field.
