Key Responsibilities\n

• Serve as the main liaison between families, schools, and outpatient providers to facilitate seamless communication and care coordination.

• Engage with insurance companies to manage pre-certification and utilization management processes, ensuring timely access to necessary services.

• Participate actively in discharge and aftercare planning, helping families transition smoothly after treatment and ensuring continuity of care.

• Provide therapeutic meal support, modeling healthy relationships with food and encouraging positive eating behaviors.

• Deliver safe, empathetic, and affirming care tailored to each client's unique circumstances and intersecting identities, focusing on their mental, emotional, and social well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on youth and their families, addressing a variety of mental health challenges that may arise in school settings. Working closely with children, adolescents, and their guardians, you will be equipped to handle diverse issues including anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and trauma. This position places a strong emphasis on culturally competent care, making it essential to understand the varying backgrounds and needs of our clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LICSW license in the state of Washington is required.

• Demonstrated experience working with children, adolescents, and their families, preferably in a clinical or school setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
