Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough mental health assessments for students, which involves psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to ascertain individual needs.

• Collaborating with students, parents, and educational staff to formulate individualized treatment plans that are culturally considerate and aligned with the student’s specific goals.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), in individual, couple, family, and group formats.

• Providing crisis intervention to students in immediate distress and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive support system.

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation to track treatment progress, including progress notes, treatment plans, and detailed discharge summaries.

• Offering psychoeducation to students and families, empowering them with the knowledge to manage their mental health effectively.

• Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, facilitating communication and shared goals while coordinating wrap-around services for clients.

• Regularly evaluating treatment effectiveness through outcome assessments and adapting treatment plans accordingly based on these evaluations.

• Staying up-to-date with mental health research, emerging trends, and best practices, and integrating this knowledge into your therapeutic frameworks.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $84,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
