Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand the unique needs of each client.

• Create, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans that facilitate positive outcomes for clients.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), to address complex mental health issues.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client progress and treatment plans in adherence with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary treatment team, including psychologists, educational staff, and other healthcare providers, to devise integrated treatment strategies.

• Engage in continuous professional development by staying updated with the latest research and best practices in social work.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily work with various age groups within the school system, providing support to children and adolescents facing mental health challenges. Qualifications\n
