Work Environment\n

In this remote position, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive team focused on enhancing the lives of children aged birth to three years old. While you work from home, you will engage with colleagues and families through virtual communications and telehealth modalities. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to understand each child’s unique needs and challenges.
\n
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) by collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
\n
• Monitor and document child and family progress to ensure that all goals are being met effectively.
\n
• Provide ongoing support and resources to families to enhance their child’s development and well-being.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and techniques, ensuring compliance with all Federal and State regulations regarding early intervention.
\n
• Develop trusting relationships with children, families, and team members, creating a nurturing and supportive learning environment.
\n
• Guide families in implementing Joint Plans that address specific developmental strategies, powered by Natural Learning Environment Practices.
\n
• Utilize the coaching model for family engagement, tailoring sessions to meet varying learning styles and individual treatment plans.
\n
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards for staff and the children served.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on assisting infants and toddlers who experience disabilities or developmental delays. Your efforts will directly impact these children's ability to reach key developmental milestones in physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and communication areas. By collaborating closely with families, you will help them navigate the challenges associated with early intervention.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.
\n
• Must be licensed by the Department of Public Health as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
\n
• Possession of a valid driver’s license is necessary for potential in-home visits.

• Demonstrated ability to adapt approaches to meet diverse learning needs.
\n
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management abilities are essential.

• Exceptionally strong communication skills for effective interactions with families and colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n
