Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, both in-office and in the community.

• Conduct thorough assessments through evidence-based methodologies to develop individualized care plans tailored to the needs and requests of clients.

• Implement integrated care plans, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.

• Assist in crisis intervention efforts, providing immediate support to clients in distress and ensuring appropriate safety measures are enacted.

• Manage a caseload that includes individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring the ongoing monitoring and documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.

• Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions to foster professional development and promote quality improvement initiatives.

• Ensure timely completion of treatment documentation and reports to enhance transparency and accountability in patient care.

• Provide on-call coverage as assigned, demonstrating a commitment to availability and responsiveness to client needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work with a valid LICSW license in Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000–80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
