This role is uniquely positioned in a remote setting, allowing our clinicians to work from the comfort of their own homes while remaining connected to a diverse team of mental health professionals. Our work environment promotes collaboration through regular virtual team meetings and case discussions. Operating Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ensures a structured yet flexible schedule tailored to the needs of our clients and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide virtual therapy sessions for individuals and groups, effectively utilizing telehealth technologies to ensure seamless client interactions.

• Collaborate with clients to develop and regularly update personalized treatment plans that reflect their evolving needs and therapeutic goals.

• Engage with a multidisciplinary team to share insights and strategies that enhance the quality of care provided to clients.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As part of a hospice center, you will be working closely with individuals facing end-of-life challenges, along with their families. This unique client demographic requires a deep understanding of grief, loss, and transitional issues, and our social workers play a pivotal role in addressing the emotional, psychological, and social needs of these clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid, active LICSW license in the state of Massachusetts is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
