Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand the emotional and social factors impacting client care.

In this role, you will provide critical support to adult clients facing complex medical challenges, including terminal illnesses. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or equivalent.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience providing therapy in an outpatient mental health setting.

• Proficient with technology, including electronic medical records systems, word processing, spreadsheets, and email communication.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working in a hospice or palliative care environment is highly desirable, as well as familiarity with grief counseling and support for families dealing with terminal illness. Compensation and Benefits\n
