Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, family, and couples therapy to address a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and interpersonal relationship issues.

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ needs, strengths, and areas for growth, employing proven evidence-based tools and methodologies.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, ensuring that all therapeutic interventions are goal-oriented and measurable.

• Craft and maintain accurate clinical documentation that adheres to HIPAA regulations and state laws, facilitating a transparent and accountable therapeutic process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active Washington State License (LCSW) with the capacity for independent practice.
