Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's needs, grounded in psychosocial assessments and recognized social work interventions.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized strategies to address both mental and emotional wellness for patients, ensuring that accurate clinical records are maintained in compliance with department protocols.

• Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention to patients, effectively addressing emotional and behavioral problems and guiding them through life’s challenges.

• Engage with family members and support systems to discuss client treatment plans and facilitate effective discharge planning that promotes sustainable client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves school-age children and adolescents, addressing a wide range of psychological and emotional issues. As a LICSW, your expertise will enhance their coping skills, promote mental health awareness, and foster resilience in the school environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted LICSW license in Washington State.

• A minimum of three years of unsupervised experience in clinical social work following licensure, with a strong emphasis on mental health in a school setting.

• Excellent proficiency in digital skills, including Microsoft Office applications, email, spreadsheets, and electronic medical record systems.
