Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders through a combination of virtual consultations and telehealth.

• Establish and nurture trust with clients, conducting assessments and developing personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices.

• Implement integrated care plans by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support and continuity of care.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches based on feedback and emerging needs.

• Educate clients and families about mental health management, therapeutic options, and available community resources.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field is required; an advanced degree is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, contingent upon experience and qualifications.
