Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of youth and young adult clients to evaluate their mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Provide therapeutic counseling remotely, utilizing various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and crisis intervention techniques.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that patient documentation is up-to-date and accurate.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• An active Washington State license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is a must.

Compensation and Benefits\n
