Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, allowing you to offer essential support to our clients from the comfort of your own home. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, utilizing advanced digital tools and teletherapy methodologies to provide seamless care. The conventional work hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, offering a balanced work-life dynamic for our licensed professionals.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and social needs, compiling information on their backgrounds, current challenges, and symptoms to inform effective treatment planning.

• Deliver psychotherapy and counseling services, employing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). You will navigate sensitive discussions, creating a safe environment for clients to explore complex feelings and behaviors.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, outlining specific goals and intervention strategies that reflect their unique needs and aspirations. Regularly revisit and adjust these plans based on client progress and feedback.

• Advocate for clients to access essential resources and services, including healthcare, housing, and financial assistance, ensuring they receive comprehensive support during their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and facilitating communication with other healthcare providers involved in client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be individuals in a detox setting who are experiencing substance use disorders as well as co-occurring mental health issues. You will engage with diverse client demographics, providing culturally competent care tailored to their specific circumstances and backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of an active LICENSE as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington state.

• At least three years of professional experience providing psychotherapy services, emphasizing solution-focused methodologies.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We value your expertise and contributions, and offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000.
