Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.

• Provide therapeutic interventions, including individual counseling and group therapy, tailored to address emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment reports, in accordance with our department policies and electronic medical records systems.

• Engage in crisis intervention practices, helping patients manage and overcome acute emotional distress and behavioral issues.

• Coordinate care by consulting with families and support systems to facilitate effective discharge planning and seamless transitions.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
