Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals and groups, utilizing video conferencing tools and electronic health records systems designed for seamless telehealth delivery.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, actively collaborating with clients to establish realistic and achievable goals.

• Work alongside a remote interdisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, nurses, and other therapists to coordinate care and ensure the best outcomes for clients.

• Maintain detailed, confidential client records while adhering to ethical standards and regulations in a digital format.

• Utilize evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing, to facilitate sessions aimed at addressing specific mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily support clients struggling with anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• A current license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State is required.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience in providing clinical social work services is required.

• Strong competence in diagnostic assessments and formulating treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary that ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually , dependent upon experience and qualifications. Additionally, the organization provides:
