Key Responsibilities\n

• Act as a liaison between families and outpatient providers, ensuring clear communication and continuity of care throughout the treatment process.

• Engage with insurance companies for pre-certification purposes and manage utilization review processes, thereby facilitating access to necessary resources for clients.

• Play a vital role in discharge and aftercare planning, helping clients transition smoothly from treatment to independent living while setting them up for lasting success.

• Provide therapeutic meal support that models and promotes healthy relationships with food, reinforcing positive behaviors associated with recovery.

Compensation and Benefits\n
