Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate each patient's mental health status, identifying strengths, challenges, and needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support patients through their recovery journeys.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and support staff, to develop and coordinate individualized care plans.

• Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment options, and medication management, empowering them with knowledge and tools for recovery.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing therapeutic modalities that resonate with patients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
