This role is a fully remote position, allowing for flexibility in work hours while adhering to a Monday through Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Act as a liaison between clients, their families, and outpatient providers to ensure continuity of care.

• Collaborate with insurance companies to manage pre-certification processes and facilitate utilization management.

• Participate in collaborative discharge and aftercare planning to support clients post-treatment.

• Provide therapeutic meal support, modeling constructive behaviors and a healthy relationship with food.

• Deliver empathetic and affirming care, taking into consideration the clients' intersecting identities and personal circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will serve a diverse client population, particularly focusing on individuals with varying mental health needs and backgrounds. A significant aspect of this role involves working with older adults, ensuring that their specific challenges and life experiences are understood and addressed in treatment. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LICSW license in the state of Washington is required.
