Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker at Brighthope Behavioral Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Implementing a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based techniques tailored to each client's unique preferences.

• Documenting clinical notes and maintaining accurate records in compliance with HIPAA standards and other regulations, ensuring confidentiality and privacy.

• Collaborating with fellow mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide coordinated and holistic care to our clients.

• Participating in case consultations and peer reviews to contribute to team knowledge and continuous improvement in service delivery.

Qualifications\n
