Key Responsibilities\n

As an LICSW at Real Beginnings, you will be responsible for a variety of clinical tasks aimed at enhancing the well-being of your clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting in-depth clinical assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, and formulating customized treatment plans that reflect best practices and evidence-based methods.

• Implementing diverse therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to each client’s unique psychological landscape.

• Maintaining precise, confidential clinical documentation in adherence with HIPAA regulations, ensuring all patient records are current and secure.

• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and mental health professionals, facilitating a coordinated approach to patient care.

• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review sessions to continually refine your techniques and stay abreast of best practices.

Qualifications\n
