Work Environment\n

This full-time position operates remotely and is designed to provide you with a flexible work-life balance. Your primary responsibilities will be conducted through virtual sessions with clients, allowing you to utilize technology to provide effective care. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing consistency and structure while enabling you to dedicate your weekends to recharge and focus on personal interests.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual psychosocial evaluations to assess client needs, understanding their backgrounds and challenges.

• Provide individualized and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based strategies tailored to clients' specific circumstances, ensuring that their emotional and psychological requirements are met.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including mental health professionals, educators, and community resources, to coordinate comprehensive care plans that effectively address client needs.

• Act as an advocate for clients, promoting equitable access to mental health resources and services within the community.

• Maintain detailed documentation of therapeutic sessions, client progress, and treatment outcomes to monitor efficacy and align goals with each client’s development.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending relevant workshops, training, and seminars to stay current on best practices in clinical social work.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, and families enrolled in educational settings. You will address a range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, behavioral problems, and trauma. Understanding the unique needs of clients who often navigate complex socio-emotional dynamics in their education and home environments will be essential in providing effective support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience in providing clinical social work services, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
