Work Environment\n

The scheduled work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Act as a liaison between clients, their families, and outpatient providers to ensure comprehensive care coordination.

• Engage with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management, advocating for the best interests of clients throughout the insurance process.

• Contribute to discharge and aftercare planning, ensuring clients transition smoothly between care settings.

• Provide therapeutic meal support, encouraging clients to develop a positive relationship with food and body image.

• Deliver empathetic, affirming care tailored to each client’s unique circumstances, considering their diverse identities and backgrounds.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary client population consists of school-aged children and adolescents, many of whom face complex emotional and psychological challenges. Compensation and Benefits\n
