Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs during remote individual counseling sessions through video chat, gaining insight into their personal challenges and goals.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices, considering clients' unique circumstances and preferences.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting approaches based on each client's evolving needs.

• Regularly monitor and document clients' progress and adjust treatment objectives as necessary, ensuring transparent communication of progress with clients and their support systems.

• Advocate for clients, helping them set realistic, achievable goals for their personal and professional development, while providing guidance and encouragement throughout their journey.

• Engage in collaborative care by participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client cases, share insights, and contribute to a comprehensive approach in treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be supporting individuals from a variety of backgrounds who face mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited program is mandatory.

• Current and valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington state, with a clean disciplinary record.

• Proven experience in clinical social work, with a strong understanding of assessment techniques, diagnosis, and effective treatment planning.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse populations, demonstrating empathy and respect.

• Demonstrated digital literacy and willingness to utilize technology efficiently for remote interactions with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Although not required, experience working within a community health setting, understanding of trauma-informed care practices, and proficiency in evidence-based interventions will be beneficial in this role. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems will also be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
