Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LICSW at Balance Life Therapy Center, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand each patient’s background, strengths, and challenges, allowing for the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other tailored methodologies to address a variety of mental health disorders.

• Maintain thorough and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of patient information.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide holistic and coordinated patient care.

• Engage in regular peer supervision and case consultations to share insights, enhance service delivery, and support the professional development of all team members.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources to empower them in their recovery journeys.

• Stay abreast of the latest mental health research and incorporate newly learned strategies into your clinical practice to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer:
