Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Offer evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy, employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments, outlining specific goals and interventions tailored to each client’s needs.

• Engage in multi-disciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to ensure seamless and coordinated client care.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, alongside risk assessments and safety planning to ensure client safety.
