Key Responsibilities\n

As an LICSW at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will:

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), in alignment with the preferences and requirements of your clients.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that patient records are up-to-date and accurate.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health care providers, to coordinate comprehensive and effective patient care.

• Engage actively in case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance individual and collective clinical practices.

• Provide education and support to patients and their families about mental health challenges, treatment options, and available community resources.

• Stay current with advancements and research in the mental health field to continuously inform your practice and improve patient outcomes.

• Manage a full caseload, ensuring timely and effective progression toward treatment goals.

• Adhere to ethical standards set forth by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and other relevant organizations.

Qualifications\n
