Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand client needs and develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Executing therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting techniques to meet individual client preferences.

• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to create a cohesive treatment approach for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, who present with a multitude of mental health concerns ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma-related issues. Your approach will be patient-centered, emphasizing empathy, respect, and a commitment to improved mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid LICSW license in the state of Washington.
