Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to identify students' needs and create targeted intervention strategies.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in various formats including individual, group, and family sessions.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services for students experiencing acute psychological distress and coordinate care with other healthcare providers as needed.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in accordance with clinic protocols and regulatory requirements, ensuring accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, and session notes.

• Deliver psychoeducational sessions to students and their families to build resilience and equip them with coping strategies to manage mental health issues effectively.

• Participate in inter-disciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and modify treatment approaches as necessary to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Conduct regular follow-up assessments to measure the effectiveness of interventions, adjusting treatment plans based on data and feedback.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $84,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
