Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' strengths, resources, and areas needing support.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual and group therapy sessions focused on promoting mental health and recovery.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that reflect clients’ goals, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as necessary.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, medical professionals, and addiction specialists, to coordinate integrated care for our clients.

• Advocate for clients, assisting them in accessing community resources, support services, and additional treatment options.

• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes through our electronic health records system, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Engage in regular team meetings, share insights during case conferences, and pursue continuing education opportunities to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Calm Crest, you will engage with a diverse clientele, including individuals grappling with substance use disorders, mental health issues, and co-occurring conditions. You will work with clients from various backgrounds, enabling you to apply your cultural competence and promote social justice in your practice. This includes providing care to individuals in crisis as well as supporting those in long-term recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services, specifically within mental health or substance use treatment settings.

• Proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and creating effective treatment plans tailored to individual clients.

• Superb interpersonal and communication skills, with an aptitude for building rapport with various populations.
