Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to develop individualized and effective treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Engage actively in the multi-disciplinary team processes, contributing valuable insights to optimize client treatment strategies.

• Continuously monitor and evaluate clients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans and following up to ensure their improvement.

• Establish collaborative relationships with school personnel and parents to support students experiencing emotional and behavioral difficulties.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and clinical frameworks to provide exceptional counseling services, helping clients address the challenges associated with addiction and detoxification.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with clients in various stages of detoxification, including individuals facing substance use disorders. Your role is critical in providing empathetic support and therapeutic interventions aimed at fostering long-term recovery. By understanding the complexities of each client’s situation, you will empower them to develop coping strategies and resilience as they transition through treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 2–3 years' experience in a clinical social work setting, particularly focused on substance use or addiction treatment.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively counsel and advise clients, families, and team members.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to create and modify treatment plans that meet clients' evolving needs.

• Coaching abilities that can inspire clients to implement positive life changes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, in addition to a flexible work schedule that supports your work-life balance. Our benefits package includes:
